A: We track system health, disk space, memory usage, CPU performance, failed backups, security updates, antivirus status, network connectivity, and more. You receive alerts before problems become emergencies.

Q: Do you support home users or family devices?

A: Our focus is on business environments and managed services for organizations in the Seattle/Tacoma area. While we may occasionally help existing business clients with a personal device as a courtesy, we do not offer a formal home or family plan and we are not a computer repair shop.
