Extract and run WirelessKeyView.exe - no installation required.

All saved networks and their passwords appear instantly in the Key (Ascii) column.

Export All Passwords

WirelessKeyView.exe /stext passwords.txt

Saves all network names and keys to a plain text file.

Verify

Check the output file:

type passwords.txt

Expected output: list of SSIDs with corresponding passwords in plain text.
